Parmesan Chicken Recipe Fluffy Breadsticks Recipe Cream Puff Recipe with Raspberry and Cream Filling

 

Parmesan Chicken

Crispy, golden chicken coated in Parmesan cheese, served with a side of pasta with marinara sauce. Pair with a green salad for an easy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cut in half horizontally to make 4 halves
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs (can use Italian style)
  • 2 tsp parsely
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Combine paremsan cheese, bread crumbs, parsely, and black pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter and then in crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. While baking, boil spaghetti according to package directions. Place spaghetti in a casserole dish. Top with baked chicken, marinara sauce and mozarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Fluffy Breadsticks

Soft and buttery breadsticks, perfect for dipping in marinara sauce or enjoying on their own.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Grated paremsan cheese & garlic powder for sprinkling

Mix together yeast, sugar, water, and oil. Add salt and flour. Let rise 30 minutes. Melt butter in an 11×17 rimmed baking pan. Roll out dough in a large rectangle. Cut in thin strips with a pizza cutter and twist together two at a time. Place bread sticks on baking sheet in melted butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Heart-Shaped Cream Puffs with Raspberry Filling

A sweet and romantic dessert featuring light pastry filled with raspberry filling and whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 large eggs

For fillling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • raspberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bring butter, sugar, salt and 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in flour, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for three minutes. Cool for 1 minute. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, beating after each egg until smooth. Flatten dough to 2–3 inches thick. Cut into heart shapes. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet untill golden brown. Approximately for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

While cooling, whip cream using a handheld mixer or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract and whip on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.

Slice each puff in half horizontally. Fill each heart with whipped cream and raspberries. Sprinkle tops with additional powdered sugar if desired.
