True hope is not just wishful thinking. It is a steady confidence in Jesus Christ and His promises. The Bible teaches us that hope is something we can hold onto, even when life feels uncertain. “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing” (Romans 15:13, KJV). When we place our trust in Christ, He fills our hearts with peace and reminds us that His plan is greater than what we can see.
Hope through Jesus Christ means believing that our struggles are not the end of the story. It means trusting that God is working in our lives, even when we do not understand how. It gives us strength to move forward, courage to endure, and faith to believe that better days are ahead.

23 Blast tells the inspiring true story of a high school football player who suddenly loses his vision due to a brain infection. Faced with overwhelming uncertainty, he must decide whether to give up or press forward in faith. With the support of his family, coach, and community, he learns to trust God and find hope in a future that looks different than he once imagined.
This film beautifully shows that hope doesn’t come from perfect circumstances but from trusting God through life’s challenges. As Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) reminds us, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD… to give you an expected end.” Even when our plans change, God’s purpose remains full of hope.
Love, Kennedy
Based on a true story, Love, Kennedy follows a young girl living with a rare disease that slowly weakens her body. Despite her condition, Kennedy radiates love, kindness, and faith. She faces each day with courage and a desire to uplift others.
Her story reminds us that hope is not dependent on physical strength or perfect circumstances. It is rooted in faith and trust in God. Kennedy’s life reflects the promise found in Romans 8:18 (KJV): “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Her hope points beyond this life to something eternal and beautiful.
He Knows My Name
He Knows My Name follows a young girl navigating a difficult and uncertain path in life. As she faces hardship and searches for belonging, she begins to understand that God sees her, knows her, and loves her deeply.

Isaiah 43:1 (KJV) says, “Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.” When we understand that truth, hope begins to grow in our hearts.

He Is Risen tells the powerful story of Jesus Christ’s resurrection, the ultimate source of hope for all mankind. After His suffering and death, Christ rose again, fulfilling God’s promise and overcoming sin and death.
This story reminds us that no situation is beyond God’s power. Because of Jesus Christ, we have hope that extends beyond this life. His resurrection is a promise of new beginnings, healing, and eternal life. As 1 Peter 1:3 (KJV) teaches, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ… which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”
The resurrection is the foundation of our hope. It reminds us that even in our darkest moments, light will come, and through Christ, all things can be made new.
Living with Hope
Hope is something we choose to hold onto. It grows as we turn to God in prayer, study His word, and remember His promises. It strengthens us as we rely on Jesus Christ and trust that He will guide our path.
Living with hope does not mean life will be easy, but it does mean we will never face it alone. Christ walks with us through every challenge, offering peace, strength, and reassurance along the way.
Each of the films featured this month shows a different side of hope.
