Doctrine & Covenants 88:118
“And as all have not faith, seek ye diligently and teach one another words of wisdom; yea, seek ye out of the best books words of wisdom; seek learning, even by study and also by faith.“
In Doctrine & Covenants 88, the Lord asks the elders to establish a School of the Prophets and seek learning out of the best books. In this school, they are to learn things about the gospel and about the world around them. They also need to learn to be loving and charitable. The Lord warns them not to be idle or unclean, and He teaches them about things that will happen at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. The Lord asks them to prepare to “establish… a house of God.” As we learn “by study and also by faith,” our faith increases.
“Because of our sacred regard for each human intellect, we consider the obtaining of an education to be a religious responsibility. Yet opportunities and abilities differ. I believe that in the pursuit of education, individual desire is more influential than institution, and personal faith more forceful than faculty.” Russell M. Nelson
In D&C 88:119, the Lord asks the Saints to prepare to build a house of God. In this activity, learn how you can make your home a "house of God" while preparing to go to the temple.
